Susan Ginsberg-O'Sullivan is a New York City based Certified Executive, Career and Life Coach who helps busy professionals make positive change.

Prior to becoming a Coach, Susan over 30 years in the publishing, entertainment and non-profit sectors as a marketing and communications executive and team leader.  She worked for Showtime Networks, New York and ELLE Magazines, North Shore Animal League and TransitChek, where she developed and implemented successful integrated marketing and communication strategies and programs.

In 2012, Susan left a career that was no longer gratifying and set out on a journey of rediscovery. She began doing things that were more emotionally satisfying, like taking watercolor classes, becoming a therapy dog handler, and finding a new career path. By working with a coach herself, Susan discovered that helping people is what brings her great joy. As a result, she transitioned from helping businesses reach their goals to helping people achieve theirs.
