Susan's coaching practice is informed by her own work and life experiences. Her approach is engaging and participatory, and even a little fun as she helps guide and empower clients gain the confidence needed live more authentically in all areas of their life.
Susan is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, an experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown -- a process where we examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that hold us back and identify new choices and practices that move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Susan's one-to-one coaching engagements are highly individualized and responsive to each person's unique situation, circumstances and goals.
